CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 6:00 pm., the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, 4550 Walnut Lake Road to consider the following application: D’Portier Beauty Site Plan and Special Land Use (PSP26-0008) Request: Approval for site plan and special land use for D’Portier Beauty, a personal service establishment to be located in the OR-1 Office Retail zoning district. Personal service establishments are special land uses in the OR-1 Office Retail zoning district. Location: 7399 Middlebelt Rd, Ste 1; Northeast corner of Middlebelt Road and 14 Mile Road; Sidwell # 18-36-351-014; 3.26 acres.
