CITY OF EASTPOINTE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Eastpointe Planning Commission on Thursday, July 9th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall (located at 23200 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe, Michigan, 48021) for the purposes of hearing comments on a proposed Zoning Map amendment for the property at 15145 Toepfer Drive (parcel number 14-31-155-020). The applicant has requested a rezoning from MU-1 Neighborhood Mixed Use to MU-3 Regional Mixed for the purpose of incorporating the land into a planned new automobile dealership sales and service facility. Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Department until 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting via email at planningandzoning@eastpointecity.org or or by writing to Eastpointe Planning Department, 23200 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe, MI 48021. The City of Eastpointe will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals at the meeting/hearing upon 5 days’ prior notice.
