PUBLIC HEARING CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the West Bloomfield Town Hall, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following items: The Preserves of West Bloomfield Planned Development District Preliminary Plan Review (PZR25-0003) Request: Review and Recommendation to the Township Board for the preliminary plan of a proposed Planned Development District application, The Preserves of West Bloomfield; an 84-unit, single-family residential community. Location: 6160 Greer and 1681 Lochaven, located on the north side of Greer and east of Bloomfield Knolls subdivision; Sidwell #s’ 18-05-226-001, -002; 18-05-276-003 and -010; 45.86 acres.
