CITY OF ROYAL OAK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Royal Oak Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Commission chambers on the first floor of City Hall at 203 S. Troy St., Royal Oak, Michigan, to conduct public hearings on the following applications: Rezoning from General Industrial to Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Final PUD Site Plan (SP 26-04-04) at 2800 W. 14 Mile Rd. (parcel no. 20-32-301-022) to construct (a) large-scale retail establishment with automobile fueling station and outdoor displays and sales (Kroger), and (b) multiple-family building with 85 dwellings, both on site of former manufacturing facility (Comau Industries).
