CITY OF UTICA Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearing Take notice that the City of Utica Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 7550 Auburn Road, Utica, Michigan. The purpose of the public hearing is to gain citizen input regarding a conditional use of Vehicle dealers with outdoor sales space located at 11179 Hall Rd., Suite B.
