CITY OF EASTPOINTE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Eastpointe Planning Commission on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall (located at 23200 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe, Michigan, 48021) for the purposes of hearing comments on a requested amendment to the Eastpointe Zoning Map for the property at 15200 10 Mile Road. The property is further identified by parcel #14-30-103-001 and the legal description: PARADISE GARDENS SUBDIVISION; LOTS 356 THRU 358, EXC N 8 FT FOR ROAD The applicant has requested a rezoning from MU-1 Neighborhood Mixed Use to LI Light Industrial for the purpose of occupying a building to operate a contractor’s office that has associated outdoor storage on site. Outdoor storage is allowable only with special land use approval, subject to additional development standards, in the LI district.
