NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Fraser Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the City of Fraser Municipal Complex, Council Chambers located at 33000 Garfield Road, Fraser, Michigan for the purpose of conducting a Public Hearing and making a decision on the following request: REQUEST: 26-01 SLU – MIDWAY EATS BY REASON OF: SEC. 32-135(2)(K) OF THE FRASER ZONING ORDINANCE PURPOSE OF REQUEST: TO OBTAIN SPECIAL LAND USE APPROVAL TO ALLOW A TWENTY-FOUR-HOUR OPERATION IN A CG “CG – GENERAL BUSINESS” ZONING DISTRICT. PROPERTY IN QUESTION: 31331 GROESBECK HWY, FRASER, MI 48026 (PIN: 14-05-352-010) NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested person may appear and comment upon the proposed request themselves or by agent or attorney. The City of Fraser will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon four (4) days’ notice to the Building Department at the phone number set forth above.
