CITY OF FERNDALE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Ferndale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 300 E. Nine Mile Road, Ferndale, MI 48220, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering a Conditional Rezoning application submitted by Anthony Sevy, in accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (Public Act 110 of 2006). The Conditional Rezoning application was submitted to the City in accordance with Article 13, Conditional Rezoning, of the Zoning Ordinance. This public hearing will be held under provisions of the Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.261, et seq.).
