Planning Commission NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 400 Sixth Street April 6, 2026 7:00 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ROCHESTER PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing for the consideration for facade material change on a approved site plan at 239 and 265 South Street, multi-tenant industrial buildings with a combined area of 19,293.75 sq. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 6th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rochester Municipal Offices, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester, MI 48307. All interested citizens are requested to attend the Hearing. Public comments may be submitted in writing or presented orally at the time of the meeting.
