Planning Commission NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 400 Sixth Street April 6, 2026 7:00 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ROCHESTER PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing for the consideration of Lucido Fine Jewelry site plan approval located at 235 S. Main Street. The project is seeking to operate a retail store in an existing building and construct a second story. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, March 2nd 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rochester Municipal Offices, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester, MI 48307. All interested citizens are requested to attend the Hearing. Public comments may be submitted in writing or presented orally at the time of the meeting.
