anning Commission NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 400 Sixth Street February 2, 2026 7:00 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ROCHESTER PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing for the consideration of The Rochester Community House site plan approval located at 816 Ludlow. The project is seeking to remodel a portion of the existing community house building and construct a new addition with a banquet hall. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 2 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rochester Municipal Offices, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester, MI 48307. All interested citizens are requested to attend the Hearing. Public comments may be submitted in writing or presented orally at the time of the meeting.
