The project is seeking to remodel a portion of the existing community house building and construct a new addition with a banquet hall. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 2 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rochester Municipal Offices, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester, MI 48307. All interested citizens are requested to attend the Hearing. Public comments may be submitted in writing or presented orally at the time of the meeting.
