Location: 7881 Cooley Lake Road; located on the south side of Cooley Lake Road at Williams Lake Road; Sidwell #: 18-06-103-026; approximately .5 acres. Applicant: Jason Bolling, Guggenheim Development Services WB Lux Autowash LLC (PZR25-0002) Request: Review and recommendation for a proposed rezoning with conditions of the current Maple Farms Shopping Center parcel from B-1 Local Business District to the B-3 General Business District to develop an express carwash. Location: 6034-6056 West Maple Road; located on the north side of West Maple Road just east of Farmington road; Sidwell #: 18-27-351-012; approximately 1 acre.
