The applicant is proposing to establish an event space in the adjacent 6543 Allen commercial unit. The property is zoned C-5, Central Business District. According to Sec. 52-386 of the City of Allen Park Zoning Ordinance, banquet halls with on-site consumption are a regulated use in the C-5 District.
