CITY OF ALLEN PARK PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a public hearing before the Allen Park Planning Commission for the purpose of hearing comments about a regulated/special use proposed on the following property: 30 012 02 0131 000 6547 & 6543 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101 An existing restaurant, Major Tomato, is located in the 6547 Allen commercial unit. The applicant is proposing to establish an event space in the adjacent 6543 Allen commercial unit. The property is zoned C-5, Central Business District. According to Sec. 52-386 of the City of Allen Park Zoning Ordinance, banquet halls with on-site consumption are a regulated use in the C-5 District.
