CITY OF LAKE ANGELUS, MICHIGAN PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Angelus Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 7:00 PM. The Public Hearing will be held pursuant to the City of Lake Angelus Zoning Ordinance and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Act 110 of 2006, as amended. The Public Hearing will be held at Lake Angelus City Hall, 45 Gallogly Rd., Lake Angelus, Michigan 48326 The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a proposed text amendment to Chapter 1248.05, “Supplementary use and development standards,” of the Lake Angelus Zoning Code. This amendment is intended to clarify which portions of a residential building are counted when calculating the maximum allowable floor area. Interested parties are welcome to attend the Public Hearing and offer comments. Written comments will be accepted prior to the date and time of the Public Hearing by the City Clerk, 45 Gallogly Rd., Lake Angelus, MI 48326.
