CITY OF SOUTHGATE PLANNING COMMISSIONG NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a work study at 6:30 P.M. and Public Hearing held by the City of Southgate Planning Commission on Monday, January 12th, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Council Chambers at 14400 Dix Toledo Highway to hear the following petitions: 1. Conditional Use Review for a proposed drive-through at an existing retail building located at 15200 Eureka Road within the C-2, General Business District. A copy of the proposed plans is available for public inspection in the Building Department at City Hall during regular business hours. The purpose of this meeting is to hear public comment on the above petitions. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing, submit a written statement to the City Clerk, or e-mail a statement to Jferencz@southgatemi.gov on or before 4:00 p.m. January 12th, 2026.
