ISABELLA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Date of Meeting: Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Place of Meeting: Isabella County Commission on Aging, 2200 S. Lincoln Rd., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT the Isabella County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following request: Special Use Permit #26-05: The Planning Commission will consider taking action on a Special Use Permit request submitted by Charlie Gross to establish a State Licensed Residential Facility (Senior Assisted Living Facility) in accordance with Article 12 of the Isabella County Zoning Ordinance. The affected properties are located in the 3200 Block of W Beal City Rd., Weidman, MI. Section 28 of Nottawa Township, Parcel IDs 11-028-20-023-00 and 11-028-20-021-02. The public is invited to attend and present their comments on the requests. You may submit your views in person or in writing.
