NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Springfield Township Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Springfield Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 beginning at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at the Springfield Township Civic Center at 12000 Davisburg Road, Davisburg, MI 48350 The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on an amendment to an approved Planned Unit Development for the Dixie Manor subdivision to permit the development of a lot with a single-family dwelling at 9986 King Road, Davisburg, MI 48350. A complete copy of the proposal may be examined at the Springfield Township Clerk’s Office at 12000 Davisburg Road, Davisburg, MI 48350, prior to the public hearing, during the Township’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM. Written comments may be submitted to the Springfield Township Clerk up until the time of the Public Hearing. Anyone needing a special accommodation should contact the Township Clerk's Office at least two (2) business days in advance of the Hearing. Tel. 248-846-6510.
