CITY OF WARREN NOTICE OF PUBLIC APPEAL HEARING Notification is hereby being provided that the Hearing Officer for the City of Warren has determined that a dangerous condition exists in violation of the Code of Ordinances and has ordered abatement of such condition on the described property.
