Notice to the Public, pursuant to Public Acts 1991, No. 182, that at the Public Hearing and Regular City Commission Meetings held Tuesday, June 9, 2026, the Pleasant Ridge City Commission adopted the following, effective June 24, 2026: Ordinance No. 451 Ordinance 451 - Chapter 82, Zoning, of the Pleasant Ridge City Code, Section 82-3 – Definitions; 82-133 – Permitted Uses; and the addition of a new Section 82-209 – Short-Term Rental Units. Ordinance No. 452 Ordinance 452 - Chapter 18, Businesses, of the Pleasant Ridge City Code, the addition of Article IX – Short Term Licensing. Ordinance No. 453 Ordinance 453 - Chapter 82, Zoning, of the Pleasant Ridge City Code, Section 82-133 – Permitted Uses by District; Section 82-193 – Accessory Uses; and the addition of a new Section 82-210 – Accessory Dwelling Units. Ordinance No. 454 Ordinance 454 – Section 82-195 of the Pleasant Ridge City Code – Off-Street Parking Requirements, Section 14-119 – Setback from Sidewalk; Section 82-165 – General Requirements; Section 82-196 – Signs; and the addition of a new Section 34-1 – Stormwater Runoff.
