Therefore, the Court orders as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Plaintiffs Verified Motion for Alternative Service is granted and that service upon and notice to the Defendants Jack Keller and Caroline Ann Keller shall be made as provided herein. 1. You are being sued in this Court by the Plaintiffs who filed a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and Discharge Prior Mortgage (“Plaintiffs Verified Complaint”) relating to property commonly known as Lake of the North Resort & Campground, 3070 Elm Drive, West Branch, Michigan 48661, being Tax Parcel Nos. 003-013-035-00 and 003-024-009-00. Accordingly, you must file your Answer to the Plaintiffs Verified Complaint or take other action permitted by law in this Court at Ogemaw County Circuit Court, 806 West Houghton Avenue, West Branch, Michigan 48661 on or before April 30, 2026. If you fail to do so, a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs Verified Complaint. 2. A copy of this Order shall be published once each week in the Macomb Daily Newspaper for three (3) consecutive weeks, and proof of publication shall be filed with this Court. 3. A copy of this Order, Plaintiffs Verified Complaint and the issued Summons shall also be sent via first class U.S. Mail to the Defendant Jack Keller and Defendant Caroline Ann Keller last known address of 68420 Lowe Plank Road, Lenox, Michigan 48050. 4.
