Introduced and First Reading: January 5, 2026 Second Reading and Adoption: January 20, 2026 An Ordinance to Amend, Appendix A, captioned Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oak Park, Michigan, by amending Article II. Zoning Districts, DIVISION 1. ZONING DISTRICTS AND MAP, Sec. 201. Official zoning map by changing the use district of a certain parcel of land currently zoned R-1, One-Family Dwelling District to R-2, Two-Family Dwelling District. This amendment only affects Property Identification No.: 52-25-19-429-021 commonly known as 13630 Balfour Avenue, Oak Park, Michigan. Adopted, Approved and Passed by the Oak Park City Council on January 20, 2026. The Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days from the date of its passage.
