CITY OF EASTPOINTE COUNTY OF MACOMB STATE OF MICHIGAN SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 25-1252 AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE II, CITY COUNCIL, BYLAWS OF COUNCIL, OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF EASTPOINTE The City of Eastpointe has adopted Ordinance No. 25-1252 which amends the the bylaws of City Council. The purpose of this ordinance is to add a second Hearing of the Public to special meetings. A true copy of the entire Ordinance can be inspected or obtained by the public at the office of the Eastpointe City Clerk, 23200 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe, Michigan. CERTIFICATION We, Michael Klinefelt, Mayor, and Ryan Madis, City Clerk, for the City of Eastpointe, Macomb County, Michigan, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 25-1252 was duly adopted by the City Council after a second reading thereof at a regular meeting of said Council held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
