CITY OF MT. PLEASANT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Monday, February 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Mt. Pleasant City Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive public input on the proposed Ordinance to amend Title II: BUSINESS REGULATIONS, Chapter 110: GENERAL LICENSING §110.28(B) of the City’s Code of Ordinances regarding the operation of transitory food service units and the issuance of permits, licenses or approvals for transitory food service units. The Public Hearing will be held in person with virtual attendance options available. The public may view the meeting live on the City’s YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/user/MtPleasantMi/, on Spectrum Charter channel 188 or via Zoom. If a virtual option becomes unavailable due to technical difficulties, the meeting will continue as scheduled. Informational material is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., in the office of the City Clerk, 320 W. Broadway Street. All interested persons may attend and participate.
