Amend Chapter 34, Article X, Table 3.1.J.4.a.i, Table 3.1.J.4.b.i, Table 3.1.J.4.c.i, Table 3.1.J.4.d.i, Table 3.1.K.4.a.i, Table 3.1.K.4.b.i, Table 3.1.K.4.c.i, and Table 3.1.K.4.d.i and Section 5.1 to read as follows: To change the rear setback in the City Center (CC) and Central Mixed District (CMD) districts from 30 feet to 5 feet when the neighboring property is also zoned CC or CMD. Section 5.1 will also be amended to permit front yard parking in the CMD district on the south side of East 14 Mile Road. G.
