City of Rochester Hills ORDINANCE NO. 682 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 54-466, 54-467, AND 54-472 OF CHAPTER 54, FEES OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS, OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN, TO CHANGE THE VEHICLE FEE FOR BLOOMER PARK, CLARIFY LANGUAGE REGARDING SENIOR, MILITARY, AND HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ANNUAL PASSES, REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, AND PRESCRIBE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS. EFFECTIVE DATE AND ADOPTION: This ordinance shall become effective on Monday, March 30, 2026 following its publication in the Oakland Press newspaper on Sunday, March 29, 2026. This ordinance was adopted by the Rochester Hills City Council at a meeting thereof held on Monday, March 23, 2026. A true and complete copy of this ordinance may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk, Rochester Hills Municipal Building, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday, except holidays or may be viewed on the City’s website at www.rochesterhills.org.
