CITY OF FRASER ORDINANCE NO: 399 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENT At the December 11, 2025 Regular City Council Meeting the City of Fraser amended Section 32-3 of the City of Fraser Zoning Ordinance to include the following definitions, to be inserted in alphabetical order: Gasoline Self-Service Station Canopy. A structure used to shelter pump islands and adjacent service lanes. Gasoline Service Station Canopy. A structure used to shelter pump islands and adjacent service lanes. It was further ordained that intensity of outdoor lighting for these use structures shall be limited to maximum amounts of 20 foot candles. A copy of the ordinance can be inspected or obtained from the City Clerk’s office in City Hall, 33000 Garfield Road, Fraser, Michigan 48026 during normal business hours.
