TOWNSHIP OF MACOMB MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 317 TO AMEND CHAPTER 12 - OFFENSE, ARTICLE IX – OFFENSES AGAINST UNDERAGE PERSONS, TO ESTABLISH DIVISION 4 – HOUSE PARTIES The following is a summary of Ordinance No.317, adopted on April 22, 2026, to amend Chapter 12 - Offense, Article IX – Offenses Against Underage Persons, to establish Division 4 – House Parties, to provide for Definitions, and Prohibition of Certain Conduct, and provide for repealer, severability, and effective date. A true copy of this ordinance amendment can be inspected or obtained at the office of the Township Clerk, Township of Macomb, 54111 Broughton, 2nd Floor, Macomb Township, MI 48042.
