TOWNSHIP OF MACOMB MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 316 CHAPTER 18 – COMMERCIAL VEHICLES The following is a summary of Ordinance No.316, adopted on April 8, 2026, to repeal Chapter 18, Section 18-39 – Commercial Vehicle, and Section 18-689 – Commercial Vehicle Parking, in their entirety and replace with the new amended Section 18-39 – Commercial Vehicle, and Section 18-689 – Commercial Vehicle Parking, and provide for repealer, severability, and effective date. A true copy of this ordinance amendment can be inspected or obtained at the office of the Township Clerk, Township of Macomb, 54111 Broughton, 2nd Floor, Macomb Township, MI 48042.
