TOWNSHIP OF MACOMB MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 315 AMENDING CHAPTER 20 – SIGNS AND SIGN REGULATIONS, IN ITS ENTIRETY The following is a summary of Ordinance No. 315, adopted on February 25, 2026, to repeal Chapter 20 – Signs And Sign Regulations in its entirety and replace with the new amended Chapter 20 – Signs And Sign Regulations ordinance, to provide for its Purpose, General Standards, Definitions, Signs Allowed Without a Permit, Permitted Temporary Signs, Building Mounted Signs, Ground Signs, Billboards, Miscellaneous Signs, Prohibited Signs, Sign Permits, Non-Conforming Signs, Sign Removal by Township Action, Exceptions, and to provide for repealer, severability, and effective date. A true copy of this ordinance amendment can be inspected or obtained at the office of the Township Clerk, Township of Macomb, 54111 Broughton, 2nd Floor, Macomb Township, MI 48042.
