CITY OF STERLING HEIGHTS MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN ORDINANCE NO: 305-A NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE The City of Sterling Heights has adopted an ordinance that amends uncodified City of Sterling Heights Ordinance No. 305 of 1992, governing commercial motor vehicles and motor carriers, to update the penalties for violations to mirror those set forth in state law. The ordinance shall be effective upon publication of this Notice of Adoption. A copy of the ordinance can be inspected or obtained from the City Clerk’s office in City Hall, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313 during normal business hours.
