PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE, SEC. 10-79. - 2018 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE The City of Eastpointe has adopted Ordinance No. 26-1255, which updates the edition of the International Property Maintenance Code adopted by the City. A true copy of the entire Ordinance can be inspected or obtained by the public at the office of the Eastpointe City Clerk, 23200 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe, Michigan. CERTIFICATION We, Michael Klinefelt, Mayor, and Ryan Madis, City Clerk, for the City of Eastpointe, Macomb County, Michigan, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 26-1255 was duly adopted by the City Council after a second reading thereof at a regular meeting of said Council held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
