CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CLINTON ORDINANCE NO. 260-A-499 AN AMENDMENT TO THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF CLINTON TOWNSHIP TO REVISE AND RESTATE TITLE EIGHT OF PART TWELVE AND MOVING IT TO PART ELEVEN - ZONING, TO UPDATE THE ZONING MAP AND TO PROVIDE FOR REPEALER, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE The following is a summary of Ordinance No. 260-A-499 that was introduced at a meeting of the Board of Trustees on December 8, 2025. This ordinance is scheduled to be voted upon at the next Board of Trustees meeting on December 22, 2025. The ordinance provides as follows: 1. That the Codified Ordinances of the Charter Township of Clinton, Part Twelve Planning And Zoning Code (f/k/a Clinton Township Zoning Ordinance No. 260-A-498), be amended and restated by moving Title Eight of Part Twelve to Part Eleven - Zoning, and to update the zoning map; and 2. That all provisions of the Codified Ordinances of Clinton Township, Part Twelve - Planning and Zoning Code, except as amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect.
