LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF ROYAL OAK PLEASE BE ADVISED that on Monday, May 18, 2026 the Royal Oak City Commission adopted the following ordinance by resolution on second reading: ORDINANCE 2026-05 An Ordinance to amend the 2008 Ordinance Adopting the Royal Oak Code of Ordinances, codifying and adopting a new Code of the City of Royal Oak to amend: Part IV: Zoning; Chapter 770, Zoning; § 770-35, One-Family Large Lot Residential, subsection (D), Bulk and Area Standards, to add provisions regarding Senior Accessory Dwelling Floor Area.
