LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF ROYAL OAK PLEASE BE ADVISED that on Monday, February 9, 2026 the Royal Oak City Commission adopted the following ordinance by resolution on second reading: ORDINANCE 2026-03 An Ordinance to amend the 2008 Ordinance Adopting the Royal Oak Code of Ordinances, codifying and adopting a new Code of the City of Royal Oak to amend: Part II: General Legislation; Chapter 644 Stormwater Detention in its entirety, to amend the City’s Stormwater Detention regulations to update and modernize the requirements and to follow the stormwater engineering design standards established by Oakland County.
