STATE OF MICHIGAN COUNTY OF OAKLAND VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN 32325 Franklin Road, Franklin, Michigan 48025 Village Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Ordinance: 2026-02 Property Owners and or Parties of Interest: Notice is hereby given to all persons occupying or owning any property within the Village of Franklin that amendments have been made to Chapter 1265 in the Village Code of Ordinances. The purpose of this chapter is to provide for and regulate wireless communications facilities pursuant to Section 514 of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended (MCL 125.3101 et seq) and to provide for and regulate small cell wireless facilities pursuant to the Small Wireless Communications Facilities Deployment Act, Michigan Public Act 365 of 2018, as amended (MCL 460.1301 et seq). A complete copy of the amended ordinance can be obtained at the Village Clerk's Office, 32325 Franklin Rd. Franklin MI, 48025. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective on February 1, 2026, twenty (20) days following its adoption, and shall be published prior to its effective date as mandated by charter and statute.
