LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF ROYAL OAK PLEASE BE ADVISED that on Monday, February 23, 2026 the Royal Oak City Commission adopted the following ordinance by resolution on second reading: ORDINANCE 2026-02 An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of Royal Oak to conditionally rezone 1225 North Main Street (parcel no. 25-16-278-014) from Neighborhood Business to Multiple-Family Residential, and SP 26-01-01, a site plan to allow construction of a multiple-family building with twelve (12) dwellings at 1225 North Main Street (parcel no. 25-16-278-014).
