LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF ROYAL OAK PLEASE BE ADVISED that on Monday, February 9, 2026 the Royal Oak City Commission adopted the following ordinance by resolution on second reading: ORDINANCE 2026-01 An ordinance to amend the Zoning Map for the purpose of rezoning 111 North Alexander Avenue (parcel no. 25-15-456-013) from One-Family Residential to Planned Unit Development (PUD), along with an associated final planned unit development site plan (SP 24-12-16) to construct three dwellings on one lot, consisting of one detached single-family dwelling and one two-family dwelling, at 111 North Alexander Avenue (parcel no. 25-15-456-013).
