ORDINANCE NO. 2025-11 CITY OF LATHRUP VILLAGE OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN NOTICE OF ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that the City of Lathrup Village Council has adopted Ordinance No. 2025-11, which is AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF LATHRUP VILLAGE ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE 2, TO DEFINE CRYPTOCURRENCY; AMEND ARTICLE 3, SECTION 3.1.6 TO ADD CRYPTOCURRENCY ATM’S AS AN ACCESSORY USE IN THE CV DISTRICT; AND AMEND ARTICLE 4, ADDING SECTION 4.24 TO ESTABLISH USE STANDARDS FOR CRYPTOCURRENCY ATM’S. The purpose of this ordinance is to permit and regulate the installation, maintenance, and operation of Cryptocurrency ATM’s within the City of Lathrup Village and to protect and promote the public health, safety, and welfare of the city and its residents. This Ordinance was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on Monday, November 24, 2025. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after the date of its publication. A complete copy of the Ordinance is available for public use and inspection at the office of the City Clerk.
