NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN OBSOLETE PROPERTY REHABILITATION DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Oak Park City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the hearing may be commenced, to be held in City Council Chambers, 14000 Oak Park Blvd, Oak Park MI 48237. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment regarding the establishment of an Obsolete Property Rehabilitation District at Property Identification No.: 52-25-31-155-003 commonly known as 21800 Greenfield Rd., with the legal description: T1N, R11E, SEC 31 PART OF NW 1/4 BEG AT PT DIST N 89-25-05 E 60 FT & N 00-26-15 E 663.29 FT FROM W 1/4 COR, TH N 00-26-15 E 300 FT, TH S 89-30-00 E 429.15 FT, TH S 00-27-00 W 300 FT, TH N 89-30-00 W 429.15 FT TO BEG 2.96 A. This district is requested by BM Ventures 2 for a rehabilitation program aimed at achieving the creation of over 75 jobs and revitalize the area. The City Council must confirm the district meets the criteria in Section 3(1) of PA 146 of 2000, as amended.
