NOTICE OF HEARING ON OBJECTIONS TO APPORTIONMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Huron Rouge Sanitary Drain Drainage Board will meet on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the Oakland County Public Works Building, One Public Works Drive, Waterford, Michigan, and via Microsoft Teams. Those who wish to participate remotely may follow the instructions included on this notice. All Board Members will be participating in-person. On October 28, 2025, the Huron Rouge Sanitary Drain Drainage Board met and made a tentative determination that the following public corporations should be assessed for the cost of the project as set forth below: Public Corporation Tentative Apportionment City of Novi 100% The purpose of this meeting is to: 1) hear objections to the tentative apportionment; and 2) discuss any other business that may come before the Board. During the meeting, there will be an agenda item for public comment, during which the public may provide input or ask questions of the Board. In the event a member of the public would like to submit their input or questions to be read at the meeting by the Board chairperson, please provide the input or questions in writing to Mel Todd via email (toddm@oakgov.com).
