Legal Notice Invitation for Bid IFB #26.0005 The Board of Education of Oakland Schools is accepting sealed bids for Oakland Schools Southeast Technical Campus Rooftop Equipment Replacement. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. EST, December 09, 2025, at Oakland Schools located at 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids shall be accompanied with a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships that exist between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Oakland Schools Board or the Superintendent. Bids without a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement shall not be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to owner in amount not less than five percent (5%) of bid total. The Oakland Schools’ Board of Education will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission.
