Oak Hill Cemetery Roof Replacement Project The estimated quantities involved in this work consist principally of the following: Description Unit 1) Re-roofing work, complete as specified for the Chapel 1@ Lump Sum 2) Re-roofing work, complete as specified for the Office 1@ Lump Sum 3) Owner Contingency 1@ Lump Sum ($10,000) 4) Total Amount of Base Bid Total including contingency A non-mandatory online pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 3rd, via Microsoft Teams. Contract requirements and technical specifications will be discussed in said meeting and attendance is non-mandatory for all prospective bidders to submit proposals. The bidder will be required to comply with Michigan statutory prohibitions against discrimination in employment and with employment opportunities for City of Pontiac residents. No proposal once submitted may be withdrawn for at least 90 days after the actual opening of the bids.
