Notice of Application for Merger Notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Director for Licensing, 400 7th Street, S.W., Washington, DC 20219, for consent to merge Community Unity Bank, Birmingham, Michigan 48009, into OakNorth Interim Bank, National Association (“Interim Bank”), an interim bank with its main office in Birmingham, Michigan 48009, that will be newly chartered to facilitate the transaction (the “Bank Merger”). Upon consummation of the Bank Merger, Interim Bank will be renamed “OakNorth Bank, National Association.” It is contemplated that OakNorth Bank, National Association’s main office will be in Birmingham, Michigan 48009, and the offices of the above-named banks will continue to operate. Notice is also given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to form OakNorth Interim Bank, National Association, Birmingham, Michigan 48009, for the purpose of facilitating the Bank Merger described above. This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c) and 12 CFR 5.
