NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO ALL CREDITORS: Emilie Jayne Thees, born February 6, 1939, who was the surviving grantor (“Grantor”) of the Gerald P. Thees and Emilie J. Thees Trust under agreement dated July 9, 2004, as amended December 17, 2018, and as amended and restated on December 3, 2025, and who lived at 5330 Woodside Drive, Newaygo, Michigan 49337, died on May 4, 2026. There is no personal representative of the Grantor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Gerald P. Thees and Emilie J. Thees Trust under agreement dated July 9, 2004, as amended December 17, 2018, and December 3, 2025, will be forever barred unless presented to its Co-Trustees, Mark Gorsky and Douglas Fletcher, within four (4) months after the date of publication.
