NOTICE TO CREDITORS TRUST ESTATE In re: Charles R. Miller and Patricia G. Miller Revocable Living Trust Settlor: Charles R. Miller, Patricia G. Miller Date of Trust: January 18, 2022 Date of Death February 9, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Patricia G. Miller (Settlor) died on February 9, 2026. At the time of death, the Settlor was the settlor of the Charles R. Miller and Patricia G. Miller Revocable Living Trust dated January 18, 2022. The Trustee is John D. Miler, 3923 Fish Lake Road, Lapeer, MI 48446 Pursuant to MCL 700.7608, notice is hereby given to all creditors of the Settlor and the Trust. Claims against the Trust, the Trustee, trust property, trust bene-ficiaries, and any non-probate transferees of the Settlor are barred unless presented within the time prescribed by law. A creditor must present a claim by either: 1. Mailing or delivering a written statement of claim to the Trustee at the address listed above; or 2.Commencing a pro-ceeding against the Trustee in a court of competent jurisdiction. A claim must include th basis of the claim, the name and address of the claimant, and the amount claimed.
