THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE STATE PRIMARY TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026 To the qualified electors of the CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD, County of Oakland: Any qualified elector of Bloomfield Township who is not already registered may register to vote at the Bloomfield Township Clerk’s Office, the office of the County Clerk, a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at https://mvic.sos.state.mi.us/ and mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may also update their registration. The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, July 20, 2026. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Bloomfield Township Clerk’s Office, located at 4200 Telegraph, Bloomfield Hills, MI, 48302 at the following times: • Regular business hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. • Friday, July 31, 2026, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Saturday, August 1, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • Election Day, Tuesday, August 4, 2026, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The election will be conducted in all voting precincts of the Charter Township of Bloomfield for the purpose of nominating candidates for the following offices: STATE Governor CONGRESSIONAL United States Senator, Representative in Congress LEGISLATIVE State Senator, Representative in State Legislature NONPARTISAN Judge of Circuit Court - 6th Circuit, Judge of Probate Court - Non-Incumbent Position And for the purpose of electing: Precinct Delegates to the County Convention of the Republican and Democratic parties And to vote on the following ballot proposals: • TOWNSHIP: Renewal of Road Maintenance Millage, Renewal of Public Safety Millage • COUNTY: Regional Enhancement Millage – Oakland Schools Intermediate School District Full text of the proposals can be found on the Township Website: https://www.bloomfieldtwpmi.gov/sampleballot/ Persons with disabilities needing accommodations should contact the Township Clerk’s Office.
