NOTICE OF REGISTRATION BIRMINGHAM, MICHIGAN FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026 To the qualified electors of the City of Birmingham: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Birmingham who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Birmingham City Clerk, the office of the Oakland County Clerk, a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Birmingham City Clerk or submitted online through mi.gov/vote. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com or mi.gov/vote. The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, July 20, 2026. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector must register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Birmingham City Clerk’s office, located at 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, MI 48009 at the following times: • Regular business hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. • Election Day, Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the purpose of the August 4, 2026 election being conducted in all precincts of Birmingham for the purpose of the major party primary election voting on the following races as presented and listed below: • Michigan Governor • Michigan Secretary of State • Michigan Attorney General • United States Senator • Representative in Congress • Representative in Michigan State Legislature • Oakland Intermediate Schools Regional Enhancement Millage Proposal Sample ballots can be found at www.mi.gov/vote or obtained at the City of Birmingham Clerk’s Office located at 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, MI 48009. To comply with the Help American Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in braille. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting the City Clerk in advance of the election.
