Judicial (Nonpartisan): Judge of Circuit Court, 6th Circuit – Non-Incumbent Position; Judge of Probate Court – Non-Incumbent Position. Party Office: Delegate to County Convention. Proposals: Proposal 1 – Waterford School District Replacement Operating Millage (Qualified Electors of the Waterford School District Only – Precinct 1-A): This proposal would replace, restore, and extend the School District’s authority to levy up to 18 mills on non-homestead property, expiring 2035. Proposal 2 – Oakland Schools Intermediate School District Regional Enhancement Millage (All Qualified Electors): This proposal would increase the ISD millage by 1.5 mills for six years, 2026–2031, to enhance funding for public school operating purposes.
