PINE RIVER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REDUCTION OF SEPARATION BETWEEN BUILDINGS Eric C. Sanko and Billie Jo Sanko are requesting a dimensional variance in the AG district for the construction of a new garage at their home, 6705 N Winans Rd, Alma, Parcel #12-031-002-60. The request is a variance to the building separation requirements of 30 feet. The applicant is requesting a reduction of the separation to 15 feet.
