PINE RIVER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REDUCTION OF PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS Laura Krebs is requesting a parking variance in the LC district for a proposed Funeral Home at 945 W Monroe Road, St. Louis, on Parcels #12-025-010-00 and 12-025-011-00. The request is a variance reducing required spaces by ordinance from 122 to a total of 39 spaces on-premise. The Pine River Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on this matter at the Township Hall located at 1495 W Monroe Rd, St. Louis, MI 48880 at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
